Reiki is a deep relaxation technique that reduces stress and promotes healing.
It re-activates the body's natural energy system, bringing you back into balance on every level — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually— putting your body in the best position to help heal itself.
I am a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, a member of the Reiki Healers and Teachers Society,
and an associate teacher with Reiki Evolution.

My Reiki therapy treatments are given at The Zentist [map]:
- Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm
- otherwise by arrangement

- 1/2 hour treatment costs £16
- 1 treatment (one hour) costs £32
- course of 3 treatments for £29 each (save £9)
- course of 6 treatments for £27 each (save £30)

You can book just a single session, but because Reiki has a cumulative effect, a course of 3 is recommended.

I offer four levels of Reiki Courses.

For the Master's course there is a reduction of £30 for students who have taken Reiki I or II with us,
and a further £70 reduction for students who have also taken the Deepening course with us.

- Reiki Share Day

I shall host a Reiki share day — a day of deep healing — on Sunday 24th October 2010, from 10am to 4.30pm at The Stables Project, 10A Nunmill Street, York [map].
This Share Day is open to all who have done Reiki 1 or 2 courses, and to Reiki Master/Teachers.
It costs £35. A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your place; 12 places are available in all.
There is a discount of £5 for bookings made before 1 October.

Payment: by cash or cheque, or online with credit cards for treatments and share days and for courses. Gift certificates are available at the shop.
A 50% deposit is required when booking treatments and courses, and 24 hours notice is required to cancel or postpone a treatment (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
