Reiki is a deep relaxation technique that reduces stress and promotes healing. It re-activates the body's natural energy system, bringing you back into balance on every level — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually— putting your body in the best position to help heal itself.

I am a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, a member of the Reiki Healers and Teachers Society, and an associate teacher with Reiki Evolution.

Treatments

My Reiki therapy treatments are given at The Zentist [map]:

Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm otherwise by arrangement

1/2 hour treatment costs £17 1 treatment (one hour) costs £34 course of 3 treatments costs £90 (save £12) course of 6 treatments costs £170 (save £34)

You can book just a single session, but because Reiki has a cumulative effect, a course of 3 is recommended.

Courses

I offer four levels of Reiki Courses. The current schedule for 2012 is:

The venue for a given course depends on demand.
For the Master's course there are 2 discount offers: there is a reduction of £30 for students who have taken Reiki I or II with us, or there there is a £70 reduction for students who have taken the Deepening course with us (ie, only one reduction will apply). Reiki Courses in Toronto Canada

I hold Reiki courses during August in Toronto, Canada. If you are interested in future courses in Toronto please email me. The costs are on the order of those shown above, but still subject to change at the moment. Here is a leaflet describing the course (PDF format). Share Evenings

I host regular Reiki share evenings at The Zentist, usually on the first Monday of each month. Please book a place first (see below). Donations are collected for the Special Care Baby Unit at York Hospital.

Payment: by cash or cheque, or online with credit or debit cards for treatments and share days and for courses. Gift certificates may be purchased both online and at the shop. A 50% deposit is required when booking treatments and courses, and 24 hours notice is required to cancel or postpone a treatment (unless there are exceptional circumstances). Deposits are not refundable or transferable.
